Potty Training Time?

Posted on February 5, 2009 in Little Mochi by little mochi

When is the best time to start potty training?  Little Mochi is 19 months now.  Should we start potty training him now?  I just bought some pull up diapers but haven’t really used them yet.  I guess I’m not sure how to start.

Last week, I put him on the potty toilet for about 5 minutes, until he got restless and wanted to run around again.  My dad said to have him sit on the potty toilet for a few minutes every morning after he wakes up until he can finally pee without his diaper.  Has anyone tried that yet?

That’s a good start. The morning session will be like an introduction to the potty. That’s the best time to get success in peeing. Next, you can start taking him to potty whenever you or your hubby goes potty. Convenient ways to introducing the potty. Check out the Diaper Free Before Three book. I borrow it from the library.
